The Qigong classes deep dive into the "internal' aspects of movements which are the underlying mechanisms found in Qigong, Tai Chi and other internal martial/health arts.
​
The 2026 classes will focus on the intricacies of the Circling Hands Set, where not only the foundational aspects of Qigong and Neigong will be explored, but we will also touch upon deeper aspects of the work.
​
Circling Hands is a short sequence of movements, designed to keep the learning of simple, easy to learn choreography to a minimum, whilst being able to incorporate beginner to advanced level material.​​​
Bagua seminars are available on selected Sundays throughout 2026​​​

Qigong and Neigong Saturdays
​
​
The Sunday Bagua classes are held the day after Qigong and Neigong classes on the Saturday. These classes are taught by Jackie Smith (unseenstream.com​) and Jason Roberts (innerarts.co.uk).
Mir teaches the first hour of the Saturday classes. The topic of the first hour (for 2026) is sensitivity and awareness through Push Hands (Tui Shou). People are welcome to both the Saturday and Sunday classes. Either class can be paid for individually, or if attending both days, there is a slightly discounted rate.

Kids' Street Awareness
​
These courses are hold throughout the year at The Miller's Way Project in Shepherds Bush. The classes are presented in different formats, one day long, spread over two days or four days. The courses are often held during half terms and have to be booked in advance to guarantee a place.

Women's Self Defence Course​

Held on request
​
These one off seminars, or regular classes are held up request in different locations. Some women's groups decide to hold seminars in village halls and others in private gyms.
​
Classes and seminars can be for private individuals who would like bespoke information on specific situations and how to deal with them, or groups of women who would also like to know how to deal with specific situations, or who may want a broader education on the general topic of self defence.. Please contact us if you are interested in holding a seminar or group of classes.

In person private one to one classes are available in Flitwick, Bedfordshire and for those not local to the area, online video sessions can be arranged over Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp.
