FOR LOVE OF THE ARTS
After training with some amazing masters around the world for over thirty years, developing effective teaching methods relevant to today's living has become a passion for me. The challenges of existing in the modern world has led me to choose to focus on training the body and mind to prepare for life's ups and downs, physical confrontation and to gain everyday resilience.
The current worldwide pandemic requires strategies to cope with and overcome anxiety and stress in our lives, so currently, the focus will be on teaching Systema for Health, Qigong and Meditation to help keep our minds calm and bodies relaxed.
